FAQs

Where does Halo Daze ship to?

We ship to you via the following carriers:

United States: USPS; because of this, we can ship to any address that USPS recognizes. This includes PO Boxes, US territories, and military bases. Heads up, we’re currently testing out a new fulfillment center so some US orders may be shipped through UPS. We do ship internationally to the United Kingdom as well.

When will my order arrive?

In order to limit the distance your items travel and avoid extra CO2, we keep our goods consolidated in a fulfillment center near our main factory, then ship out from there. (Rather than shipping everything from our SA8000 certified factory in Vietnam to the US, then shipping it yet again to all the places we're available.)

 

All orders ship within 1-6 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.


If you're in the US, your order will arrive within 3-10 business days after it ships depending on customs.* If you’re in AK, HI, PR, GU, or a US military base, your order may take an additional 2-4 weeks.


If you are in Canada, the UK, or Australia, your package will arrive 8-12 days after it ships.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a ship time of 7-10 Business Days, or Halo's can select our "Elite Standard" option for 3-5 Business Days shipping.

If you live in the US, Elite Standard shipping is from $3.99 for a single item order; if you are outside the US, a single item order will be $12.99.

All Sage and Jade members of The Collective enjoy free shipping on all orders always. Sign-up to join for only $19.99/yearly 

*Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for return orders.

Duties + Customs

If you live in Canada, Australia, or the UK, your deliveries are shipped via USPS INTERNATIONAL we have no control over if duties will be due upon delivery.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.

If you need an address change on your package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your shipping information. Not sure who your carrier is?

Can I expedite my order?

We know our HaloFly Shipping option was very popular when we first started but since covid-19 we cannot guarantee expedited shipping on orders as they may be delayed with the carries. So we are offering only standard shipping at this time, but the anticipation makes it so exciting, right?

What does pre-order mean + When will it ship?

If an item is listed as “pre-order,” it means that we haven’t received it into our warehouse yet or it is still in the quality check inspection. As soon as we receive it or this is completed, we will ship it out to you. Please note that if any part of your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait until your entire order is available to ship before we send it out to you. The estimated ship time should be listed on the product page. Pre-orders have a processing time of up to 5 weeks (if delayed).

What Does Pre-Shipment Mean?

“Pre-shipment” and "on its way" is postal service lingo that, in our case, means your order is going through customs. So if you see “pre-shipment” on your tracking page, don’t fret — your order is on its way and tracking will update within the next couple of days. If you’d like, you can sign up for shipping notifications on your USPS tracking page or the Shop App to be informed when your order arrives at the USPS facility and is distributed for delivery.

What if I'm returning an International Order?

We cannot offer exchanges for our international customers at this time. (Sorry!) However, you may return the items, postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt, for your refund to be considered. Please note that any duties/taxes you pay are non-refundable.

You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Unfortunately, we're unable to cover the return costs for international Jade or Sage members at this time.

Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.

To send us your return:

Include the packing slip that came with your package so we can easily find your order.


Put what you don’t want (tags still on) along with the form in a box or envelope. Any pouches are yours to keep. ;)


Label and ship using a carrier of your choice.

Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers.
